Classic Curtains Co.  How to order your affordable contemporary curtains.

 

  1. Consultation.  Email us at info@classic-curtains.co specifying your measurements and requirements, or if you would like to get some advice.  Once you know what you want, we can send you samples in the post, so as to ensure your complete satisfaction.  For the measurements, we suggest you follow our "How to measure" page, or ensure that your architect or designer does that for you.
  2. Confirmation.  Measurements, fabric choice and specifics for the custom job and cost of the job  are confirmed by us over email. On acceptance of the quote, we ask for payment in full, in order to procure fabrics and pay the tailors.  We will also ask you to agree to our terms and conditions.  At this point we will also give you an estimate of the shipping cost.  We then confirm the exact shipping at the conclusion of the job.
  3. Custom Made.  Each order is individually directed to one professional upholstery tailor here in Hong Kong.  Depending on fabric stocks and our order backlog, production usually takes 2-3 weeks.
  4. On their way…. Once the curtains are ready to be sent, we will contact you with exact cost of postage. This cost varies according to the weight of the overall curtains you are ordering, what country they are being sent to and of course how quickly you would like them.  Reasonable cost alternatives are available for you to choose from.  We recommend registered post, with insurance as the most cost effective piece of mind solution.
